The room opens at 11.45. Somebody is on the door for the whole arrival, and if you are visiting they will find you rather than wait for you to introduce yourself.
Lunch is served at 12. You will be sat next to the member most likely to be useful to you, which we work out beforehand from what you tell us you do. It is not the nearest spare chair.
Over lunch everyone gets sixty seconds to say who they are and who they would like to meet. Visitors included. There is no scoring, no points system and no referral quota.
We are normally finished by 1.30. That time is published because it is the one people check before giving up a working lunch, and we keep to it. Stay on for a coffee if you want to, and nobody minds if you cannot.
Your first two visits are free and parking at the hotel is free. There is nothing to decide until you have been twice.
