Here's exactly what happens, so there are no surprises on the day. You get two visits free before you decide anything. Pick a Thursday and we'll do the rest.

The running order

Start to finish, at the Mount Pleasant on 50 Belle Vue Terrace.

over lunchSixty seconds eachEveryone says who they are and who they'd like to meet. Visitors included. No scoring, no points, no compulsory referrals.

1.30Normally finishedPublished, and we keep to it. Stay on for a coffee if you want to, and nobody minds if you can't.

An hour and three quarters, twice a month. The finish time matters more than the start — it's the one people check before giving up a working lunch.

Where do I park?

At the hotel, free of charge.

What does it cost me?

Your first two visits are free. After that it's £150 to join, £30 a month covering both lunches, and a £70 renewal each 1 July.

What should I wear?

Come however you feel happy to do business. We don't judge people on how they look.

Do I have to speak?

You get sixty seconds if you want them. Say you'd rather not and we'll skip you without making a thing of it.

Will I be sold to?

Not by the group. Members may follow up if you asked them to, and your host will ring once. That's it.

Can I come more than once?

Yes — two visits, both free, before you decide anything.

Is my trade already taken?

Possibly. Matrix is a single-seat group — one business per category. Ask before you come and we'll tell you straight away rather than take your money.
